Waitlist & Enrollment Terms and Conditions

By joining the waitlist or enrolling your child at Helen’s Moonlight Academy, you agree to the following terms:

1. Waitlist Policy

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee enrollment or placement. Spots are limited and will be offered based on availability, program needs, and the order of confirmed enrollment.

2. Enrollment Confirmation

A child’s spot is only secured once all required steps are completed, including:

• Submission of enrollment forms

• Payment of any applicable registration fees

• Acceptance of all academy policies

Incomplete applications will not hold a spot.

3. Tuition & Payment

Tuition rates will be provided prior to enrollment. All enrolled families agree to:

• Pay tuition on time based on the agreed schedule

• Maintain a current account balance

• Understand that late payments may result in fees or potential loss of enrollment

All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Discount Offer (First 5 Families)

The discounted rate for the first year is available only to the first five (5) families who complete full enrollment.
This includes submitting all required documents and payment.
This offer is limited, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other promotions.

5. Required Documentation

Prior to attendance, families must provide:

• Immunization records

• TB screening (if required)

• Any additional health or enrollment documents

Failure to provide required documentation may delay or prevent attendance.

6. Attendance & Policies

All families agree to follow academy policies regarding:

• Drop-off and pick-up procedures

• Attendance and scheduling

• Health and safety guidelines

Failure to follow policies may result in dismissal from the program.

7. Communication

Families agree to maintain open and timely communication with the academy.
Important updates will be shared via email, phone, or other approved communication methods.

8. Program Changes

Helen’s Moonlight Academy reserves the right to update policies, schedules, tuition, or program offerings as needed. Families will be notified of any significant changes.

9. Liability

Helen’s Moonlight Academy is committed to maintaining a safe environment. However, by enrolling, families acknowledge participation in routine childcare activities and agree to release the academy from liability to the extent permitted by law.

10. Agreement

By joining the waitlist or enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
